This is a story about depression, how tough it is to feel connected and even when there is someone right next to you, how you feel so isolated and alone and helpless. Author Notes: This was one of the first short stories that I wrote. The few who saw it pass through their hands never really liked it, didn't understand it. I see why, I totally get it. It really hasn't been altered from it's original format, as it is a personal one for me during a dark time of depression. It's not somewhere where I wanted to go back to and redo.
